Wednesday, December 20, 2006 Chapter Two | Day OneFelt like everything was so gigantic to me. The skyscrapers and the mega-huge malls ! Its almost like; one Louis Vuitton equaled to a Carrefour without its parking lot ! Haha, size only lar.. I was so distracted by the trams cos media there were simply very amplified. Fell in love with the ads immediately ! Explained why there are so many shots of adverts. Its almost like living in a magazine ! Flip you'd see Body Shop. Flip you'd see Coach. Flip you'd see Starbucks. Flip you'd see Chivas Regal. Hehe. Pedder Red in Hong Kong. Go check the one in KLCC, you'll know why I took a picture of the one in HK. Actually we were trying to look for dinner, but everything was so expensive and we couldn't read Chinese. So, as always, short of time, we ended up at Mcd's. Good thing Mcd's there tasted really good ! Yummmmmm :p
After getting lost for a while, distracted by Christmas lights, we met up with Joanne's parents. Headed to The Peak tram. Next Episode | The Peak | Day One
Tuesday, December 19, 2006 Chapter One | Day One6:27 am Rushed to the airport but in the end the flight got delayed a little. Imagine, we forgot to scan our bags. Already late. Had to 'patah balik' to scan our bags before we could check in our luggages. Anyway, we safely boarded the plane. Almost couldn't believe that we were flying to HONGKONG ! Two girls. Blur case didn't even know where to get our tickets. Haha. Take off. Arrived at the Macau Airport. Took a 53 Macau Dollars cab to the ferry pier which only took like 5 minutes ! Then took a 154 Macau Dollars ferry ride across the ocean to HongKong. Argh. So expensive ! Finally reached ! Had lunch at Deas Voux Road, I think. Heehee. Had my first bowl of Wan Ton Mee, that cost $HK25. Giler... But good thing it tasted good. Then headed to Mexan Harbour Hotel. Where my beautifully furnished room was located ;)

Saturday, December 09, 2006 10In 10 hour's time, I'd be off to Hong Kong ! Still there's loads of work to be done. But wernjun's too excited to think of work at moment. Hurm.. how do I fight my excitement and at the same time finish so much work. Don't have a choice. Die also have to finish. The past few days had been good and bad to me. Good I was bit lifted up. Least I know there is still someone out there who still cares. Bad, work has not been treating me good. Guess taking a fever leave was good. Heated up with a temperature, but don't know how I managed to have fun. Ah, thanks dear. Just when my mind was about to collapse it was filled with something else that made me feel better. In a lot of ways, if I was him, I think I would've died. Proud of him. Yup in 10 hours' time, I'd be flying off with Joanne to the land 3 hours away. Like going to Penang pulak. Wasn't very excited to go the past few days, since I was so down at work. Suddenly today, the excitement just came ! Dunno, just suddenly woke up and til now, trying to knock it into my head that I am going to HongKong. Can't wait to see the goldfishes and I dunno, the multitudes of CHINESE? AS mush as I don't like their rudeness, I am going there. Gonna miss loads of people ! Only gonna be gone for 6 days...but yea, I will still miss. Til then, take care you. And everyone else, have an early Blessed Christmas from me ;)
Friday, December 08, 2006 ChopsticksI shot. She chop. Yummy lunch at Little Penang Cafe. My ponteng days always spent very wisely. Eh, for real. Last ponteng-ed, saw my cousins who came from Singapore whom I haven't seen in ages. Yesterday, I did a good deed. Had loads of fun even though I was down feverish. So, chopsticks it is : Barp... What delicious Curry Laksa they had.. I love Little Penang Cafe. Specially the KLCC one, teehee.
Monday, December 04, 2006 Red Ribbon DayI tagged along. I was navigator. So there we were. Celebrating Red Ribbon Day.
I have no idea what time it ended. I was dead tired. Almost fell asleep while I was there. Probably cos it just wasn't my kind of place. Made me felt so down the whole night... But forced a little laugh. The company was fine...They still smiled at me even though I looked so sour. But I really rather listen to Mia Palencia at No Black Tie. Hm...
Banana Leaf | Nirwana Maju @ Telawi, Bangsar This delicious Banana Leaf rice. My favourite at the moment. And the teh tarik, ROCKS. The Marsala chicken, the curry mutton, the vegetable varieties, the fried chicken with dried curry, the sambal egg and MUCH more ! Take a stroll down that road in the day, you'd see a multitude of people queuing up for a place to have that spicy hot yummy banana leaf rice ! When its night, its still operates as a normal mamak, only thing is, there would still be a multitude of people having their teh tarik !
