We Conquered

Christina wanted to try Devi's Corner. Heh. SS2 don't have.
So we walked down one of the Telawi streets, went to Devi's Corner, that was after the many pit stops we made along the way !
I tell you, if you put the two of us together, with shops on sale, tak payah makan lah ! Shop til full liao..

I still remember last year, when we went for an assignment together which after we looked for lunch. Suddenly, "Eh, that shop on sale, lets go check it out !"
We ended up shopping before looking for food. Siao.

So the Devi's corner story :

CH: What to eat ah? Damn hungry la?!
WJ: Yah, I also.
DV: Apa mau makan? Minum?
CH: Teh O' Ais Limau.
WJ: Teh Ais.
DV: Makan?
CH: We order two different things la k?
WJ: Ouhkay, anything la, I just want to eat ;p
CH: Nasi goreng pattaya?
WJ: Can.
CH: (to the mamak guy) Mee Goreng Pattaya satu.
WJ: (looking at menu) ??
DV: OK ok.
CH: Eh?? Nasi goreng la, apa mee goreng..
WJ: HAHA. Siao.
CH: One more thing. What to eat ah?
WJ: Roti telur or sardin?
CH: Erm.. what else do they have.. hm..
DV: (stand up straight after a long while bending over to take orders) uhum..
WJ: Erm.. Dunno.. roti telur?
CH: Erm..
WJ: Roti telur bawang?
CH: Kay la, roti telur bawang.

Food arrives.

DV: Mau sambal ah? Mau pinggan kecil ah?
WJ: Kari ikan? Ah mau mau.
DV: (brings kari ikan) Boleh habis ah?
WJ: Yah yah.

Suddenly the dahl tasted so good pulak..

CH: (lifts hand up to wave at the mamak, pointed at me when the mamal arrived)
WJ: Boleh bagi dahl lagi ah?
DV: Kari tak mau ah??
WJ: Mau mau. Dahl pun mau.

Suddenly,

CH: No meat la..
WJ: Go get chicken lo..
CH: What chicken you wan?
WJ: Fried chicken?
CH: Ok.

Took so long to come back with the chicken.. Like she went to fry the chicken, hah.

Yipee, fried chicken.

Suddenly,

CH: I want another drink la.. (lifts up hand to wave again) Teh O' Ais Limau satu?

Chomp chomp yum yum.

Ah... so full...

And now that I'm entering this, I realised, WE FORGOT TO PAY FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN!
Dieded la..
Two blur case.. one sneezing & feverish.. the other sleepy..too happy thinking of shopiing..

While walking to Devi's Corner, passing through La Bodega,underneath the windows by the side :
"Eh, later got aunty pour soup down how???"
"Siao lah you.. Where got aunty work in La Bodega so free want to throw soup at you?"

Buahahaha.

During meal at Devi's, "Eh, so long dind't see those punjabis where the 'dud' (round thing that wraps the hair). But last time, I only got see the round thing only, no flower (flowery shaped cloth surrounding the dud)."
Me, "Eh, I got see the flower before." Hahahah.
"But you know, I think the turban banned in Malaysia right? Dunno, cos they duwan to wear helmet when riding on the bike. So dangerous la, like your turban so keras la!"

"Actually when only they will start wearing turbans ah?" - CH

"Dunno.. after they get married? Go ask the fella la."

"A bit the tersinggung la kan if I suddenly ask like that?"

"Ya lo, they all a bit sensitive kind wan.. Google it lah."

"Huh? What to put on the search?"

"Just put Asian ethnicities. Surely got wan wat.."

"Arh? Put as what? head gear ah?

Long pause. . .

HAHAHAHAHAHA !

Which I burst out saying, "siao la you ! Head gear??? You think you playing paintball ar? Extreme games? Roller blading? HEad gear.."

Which we laughed and laughed and laughed. Like giler. People next to us, gave us weird stares.

Word of the day, Head Gear.

I miss hanging out.. hm...

And we waited for the bus. Like two bodo case. Bus didn't come. So we walked from Telawi to Bangsar LRT ! Giler..

I was saying that I made a new achievement this year ! I walked from BSC to Telawi before. Today I'm walking from Telawi to LRT?!

Stay in Malaysia la, all we do is walk. Heh.

I enjoyed today any ways. Joys of laughing and eating. And talking nonsense all the way. Yes, all the way. Ouh yah, discovering a 'Tai Tai boutique' ;)
